I am SO excited about Beachbodys NEWEST program launching OCT 31, 2016! Having had the chance to try this workout LIVE with the celebrity trainers this past weekend at a leadership conference, I am beyond ready to commit to this 30 day program & am so confident in the results it will bring! CORE DE FORCE is your 30-day countdown to a knockout body. It was ceated by Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews and it’s the ultimate mixed martial arts-inspired workout that will knock out the belly fat, help slash inches off your waist, and carve total-body definition—no equipment required!
Who is CORE DE FORCE for?
This program is truly for ANYONE who is looking to get in shape or stay in shape! Whether you are an advanced athlete looking for an MMA style workout to shred your tummy & increase your cardio performance OR are a beginner inspired by this program & want to give it a shot, you are ABSOLUTELY CAPABLE! I love CORE DE FORCE because it offers split screen capability giving you a modifier to follow until you learn & master the moves!
Core De Force also focuses on rotational moves which means you will work your core from 360 degrees every time you hit play. (Yes please!)
What makes CORE DE FORCE unique?
CORE DE FORCE is packed with the best of MMA-inspired training. In 3-minute “rounds” you’ll get Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai knee-elbow combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes—all designed to help you lose the belly and shred body fat. Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it, you’ll be done!
What is the Nutrition plan like?
The CORE DE FORCE workouts and the Eating Plan included with the program are designed to help you get results quickly. The Eating Plan even includes a simple strategy that helps your metabolism fight off plateaus to help you get your best possible 30-day transformation. The Eating Plan also includes the option to incorporate Beachbody’s Portion Fix® container system into your nutrition. It is designed to work seamlessly with the containers, but you do not need them to get great results with CORE DE FORCE.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are 30-45 minutes in length and you workout 6 days a week.
There are 8 workouts in the program!
MMA Speed- ∫ Upper body and core focused boxing influenced workout. (27 minutes)
MMA Shred- Muay Thai inspired elbow and kicks for total body shred. (37 minutes)
MMA Power- Uses explosive and defensive style movements in this fast paced cardio conditioning workout (47 minutes)
MMA Plyo- Core De Force is an MMA style home fitness program that will transform your entire body in 30 days. When you combine boxing, Muay Thai and plyometrics in one workout you get a huge calorie burn and RESULTS. (47 minutes)
Power Sculpt- Total body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to lean and sculpt. (37 minutes)
Dynamic Strength- Low on impact but high on intensity. (47 minutes)
Active Recovery- Recharge for the week ahead with this rest day that focuses on form and technique to help fight fatigue and sore muscles. (21 minutes)
Core De Force Relief- A quick 5 minutes stretch before bed session. (5 minutes)
Team Beachbody Exclusive MMA Mashup– All the best Core De Force moves in one workout. (26 minutes)
Core Kinetics- A unique core workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts movements.
5 minute Core on the Floor- the ultimate core finisher- 5 minute challenging plank movements that gets your abs on fire.
If you want to take your fitness to the next level after your 3o days you can get these 3 additional advanced workouts too:
Agility Strength- combines fast footwork drills with body weight resistance to help improve coordination and blast major calories. (9 rounds- 37 minutes).
Agility Power- Grab your agility ladder and rip through multifunctional training that ignites every muscle and helps shred fat for serious definition (6 rounds-27 minutes).
MMA Kick Butt- This workout is meant to target your legs and butt with nonstop mix of powerful kicks and calorie burning conditioning spikes (9 rounds- 37 minutes).

How do I get in on the accountability group?
So you must be wondering how to really succeed at this. Right? I have to say, I am a Beachbody SUPER FAN and have been doing their workouts for as long as I can remember. All the way from p90x, to the orginial insanity, and T25. I loved them!!! But If i'm being honest, I never saw a HUGE change. What I realized was I was never consistent. I would miss days here or there, fall off the nutrition wagon, give up, etc. When I found my coach and joined an online group for accountability, my life changed forever!! Since then, I've lost the 30 pounds and got in the best shape of my life. I believe these groups are the ANSWER which is why I run them myself now! I want to help others like I have been helped through this amazing company.
